These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Green Building Automation platform operated by Harshz Technologies Private Limited ("Harshz", "we", "us") at harshz.com and its sub-domains. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us at contact@harshz.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. 60-Day Free Trial
Eligible new users may use their first Green Building Automation project free for 60 days without a credit card. The trial includes up to 1 GB of project storage and the core features made available in the platform during the trial period.
At the end of the trial, a paid project subscription is required to continue using paid project functionality. Harshz may place an expired trial project into a restricted or read-only state until a subscription is activated.
3. Project-Based Subscription and Pricing
Green Building Automation is priced per active project. The standard public pricing is:
- ₹999 per active project per month, or
- ₹8,999 per active project per year.
Each additional active project requires its own project subscription unless Harshz has agreed to separate volume or enterprise terms in writing. Each active project includes 1 GB of storage. Current pricing is also displayed on our Pricing page.
4. Billing and Payments
Paid project subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected monthly or annual billing period. Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment service providers. Harshz does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or online-banking credentials.
Your project access is activated or continued after successful payment confirmation. Billing dates may differ between projects if project subscriptions are purchased at different times.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a project subscription to prevent future renewal. Access remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility and timelines are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Permitted Use
The platform is intended for lawful green building, sustainability, project documentation and related professional workflows. You may not reverse-engineer the platform, scrape or overload the service, resell access without written permission, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
7. Project Data and Intellectual Property
Your project data remains yours. Harshz does not claim ownership over project content uploaded by you. The Harshz platform, interface, code, branding and original software content remain the property of Harshz Technologies Private Limited.
8. Certification Disclaimer
Harshz provides workflow, documentation and calculation support. Use of the platform does not guarantee certification, rating approval, regulatory approval or acceptance by GRIHA, IGBC or any other authority. Users remain responsible for professional review and final submissions.
9. Service Availability and Liability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis and may be affected by maintenance, third-party services or unforeseen outages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harshz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required, and the latest version will be published on this page.
