Harshz Technologies Private Limited provides Green Building Automation as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. No physical goods are shipped and no physical shipping charges apply.

1. Free Trial Delivery

Eligible users receive access to their first project for a 60-day free trial after account registration and project creation, subject to the platform's eligibility and usage controls. The trial includes up to 1 GB of project storage.

2. Paid Digital Delivery

After successful payment of ₹999 per project per month or ₹8,999 per project per year, the corresponding project subscription is activated electronically. Each additional active project requires its own project subscription unless separate written volume terms apply.

Access is normally updated after payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider. No physical product is dispatched.

3. Included Storage

Each active project subscription includes 1 GB of project storage for supported documents, photographs and other project files. Any future additional-storage options, if introduced, will be disclosed before purchase.

4. Access or Delivery Issues

If a successful payment is completed but the corresponding project access is not activated, contact contact@harshz.com with your registered email address and payment reference. We will investigate the transaction and restore access or process the appropriate correction/refund where applicable.

5. Service Availability

As a digital service, platform availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure or unforeseen technical events. We aim to keep customers informed of material service interruptions where reasonably possible.
