Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans and one-time purchases made on harshz.com and its sub-domains, operated by Harshz Technologies Private Limited.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Visiting your account settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription", or
  • Writing to us at contact@harshz.com with your registered email address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan until the period ends. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the platform within 7 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund.

Refund requests are not eligible in the following situations:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days of the initial purchase date.
  • The account has been used to generate, export, or download reports during the subscription period.
  • The subscription has been renewed (refunds apply only to the first billing cycle).
  • The purchase was made through a promotional, discounted, or coupon-based offer unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@harshz.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order/transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

We will process all valid refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for unused days in a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

5. Failed Transactions

In the event of a payment failure where the amount is debited from your account but the subscription is not activated, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days by the payment gateway. If the refund is not received within this period, please contact us at contact@harshz.com.

6. Changes to This Policy

Harshz Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
