Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid Green Building Automation project subscriptions purchased from Harshz Technologies Private Limited through harshz.com and its sub-domains.

1. Free Trial

The first eligible project may be used free for 60 days. No payment is collected for the free trial, so no refund applies to the trial period.

2. Paid Project Subscriptions

After the trial, the standard subscription is ₹999 per active project per month or ₹8,999 per active project per year. Each additional active project requires a separate project subscription unless separate written commercial terms apply.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a project subscription at any time to stop future renewal by using available account controls or by contacting contact@harshz.com from your registered email address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The project remains available according to the paid entitlement until that period ends. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

For a first paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial successful payment. Refund eligibility is subject to review of the transaction and account usage. Refunds are generally not available for renewals, partially used billing periods, or repeated purchases of additional project subscriptions unless required by law or there has been a billing or service-delivery error.

5. Failed, Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

If an amount is debited but the project subscription is not activated, if you are charged more than once for the same intended purchase, or if an incorrect amount is charged, contact contact@harshz.com with your registered email address and transaction reference. We will investigate and process any valid correction or refund through the original payment method.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@harshz.com with your registered email address, payment/order reference, project name if applicable, and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. After initiation, the time for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank or payment instrument.
