Delivery Policy

1. Digital-Only Service
harshz is an entirely digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All products, features, and subscriptions offered on harshz.com are delivered electronically over the internet.
As a result, there are no shipping fees, delivery timelines associated with physical logistics, or physical addresses required for purchase.
2. Delivery of Subscriptions and Paid Features
Upon successful payment, access to paid features and subscription plans is granted immediately and automatically. No manual intervention is required on our end for standard purchases.
- Your account will be upgraded to the relevant plan as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment partner (Razorpay, Cashfree, or PhonePe Business).
- A confirmation email with your invoice or receipt will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes of purchase.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.
3. Access to Tools and Features
All harshz tools — including zPlayer, GRIHA, LCC, financial calculators, and engineering utilities — are accessible via your web browser immediately upon account creation (for free features) or upon subscription activation (for premium features).
There is no software to download or install. The Service runs directly in your browser and is accessible from any device with an internet connection.
4. Delivery Failures
In rare cases, access may not be granted immediately due to:
- Payment processing delays at your bank or card network
- Temporary technical issues with our payment gateway
- Network connectivity issues on the user's end
If your payment was successful (you received a bank debit confirmation or SMS) but access was not granted within 1 hour, please contact us at ask@harshz.com with your transaction ID and registered email address. We will resolve the issue promptly.
5. Invoice and Documentation
A digital invoice is generated for every successful purchase and sent to your registered email address. You can also download invoices and view your purchase history from within your account settings at any time.
